...Ahem, oh my, are you viewing this blog? Well, suppose I give you syntax, a few words to view before you head off on your day/afternoon/evening. Just a few words.
My name is Caroline and I currently live in a modest home in the East Bay of San Francisco. I retired after working 30 years as an RN and enjoy my leisure time now creating a LOT of things with a needle & thread e.g. quilts, cross-stitch, knit, crochet, etc. When I was 9 my mother feeling it was time sat me down and taught me a variety of handcrafts. It was thrilling for me as a young girl to actually sew on mom's precious Elna sewing machine a bit scary too. But from that time it was natural for me to venture out into everything connected with a needle and thread but I draw the line at tatting. You know how it is for your storage and budget when your interests fan out into other needle crafts and you realize you haven't finished that baby dress, quilt, etc. that you started 20 years ago. You know how it is when so many unfinished projects become discouraging? So no tatting.
How about you? Have you a moratorium on additional crafts? Lovely that you popped by and do leave a comment if you like.
NOTE: Remember to be kind and courteous in your comments and if you feel the need to use explicit language feel free to pass me up. Thank You.
